This awards is for the heads of schools who are performing well. After nominations are received, selections will be purely based on merit.

There's no nomination fee at the time of nomination. Only selected candidates may be asked for a small contribution to meet the expenses of event.

Uploading video speech is a compulsory part of the nomination.

It is suggested to request more than 5 parents & teachers to endorse you to be on the safer side as you need minimum 5.

Skipping & Self-endorsement will not work, if you're at top leadership position in the school, you can get it done by similar authority of another school but you can't skip.
